3 Tier's of Service

1 - Distribution

This is our first support tier. Here we handle distribution, metadata setup, and revenue collection. We also provide a music business consultation, helping ensure your business structure is working for you and that all available royalties are being collected.

2 - Growth

At tier two, you get tier one plus marketing strategy including song release, playlist pitching, and content guidance. We also provide a quarterly 'next steps' plan based on aggregated analytics and discounted audio and visual production at Son's Room Studio.

3 - Partner

Our top tier is invite only. You get everything in tier one and two, and we work with you closely giving you active campaign management, a real-time aggregated analytics dashboard, and a comprehensive catalog strategy. We also provide production services at no up front cost to you, the artist.

Tier One: Distribution

At this tier we will handle all distribution of your music for you so you can focus on doing what you love best, making music! We will ensure proper metadata setup so credit that is due is given (and paid). We will make sure IPI numbers match, and correct ISWC and ISRC codes are present. This ensures that tracking and payment of your royalties goes smoothly. We will also ensure collection of these royalties and distribution of your share on a quarterly schedule.

As a bonus, we will also provide a one time music business consultation where we will go over your current business structure with you to help maximize efficiency, ensure all royalty and revenue streams are being capitalized on, and provide a plan for next steps to help you grow.

This tier has a $50 up front setup fee for each recording, and a 10% administrator share on any royalties the sound recording earns.

We will never take a royalty share from the musical work (composition), only the sound recording. We also take no ownership of the sound recording or musical work, we simply act as administrators. You keep all ownership and creative control of your music!

Tier Two: Growth

At this tier, you get everything provided in tier one plus more. With over 100,000 songs being released to streaming a day, how do you break through all that noise and get heard. On the growth tier, we will help you develop a marketing strategy for you music. This includes a marketing consultation, and a step by step guide covering market research, video strategy, trackable links, EPK's, how to create a press release and contact local, trade, and national media, social media marketing, influencer marketing, playlist pitching, and more.

For continued support, this tier comes with a quarterly 'Next Steps' plan that we develop especially for you based on aggregated analytics and our own market insight. This isn't a cookie cutter template that we send to everyone, it is a personalized strategy guide based on how your music is performing, what is working, and what needs work. This will go out with your quarterly royalty statement and disbursement.

As a bonus, we also provide a discounted rate of 10% for any audio or visual services available at Son's Room Studio. This includes song recording, mixing, mastering, video production, photo shoots, graphics, and social media marketing materials.

This tier has a $40 up front setup fee for each recording, and a 15% administrator share on any royalties the sound recording earns.

We will never take a royalty share from the musical work (composition), only the sound recording. We also take no ownership of the sound recording or musical work, we simply act as administrators. You keep all ownership and creative control of your music!

Tier Three: Partner

At this tier, you get everything provided in tier one and two plus more. This tier is invite only, because at this tier we are now working directly with you to help you grow your independent music business at all levels. We will help with marketing campaign management, including paid marketing coordination. We will also provide you with an aggregated analytics hub, showing you real-time analytics across all platforms in one place. We will help you develop a catalog strategy, and try and find new ways to monetize your music, including sync opportunities.

After an initial music business and marketing consultation, we will touch base monthly to tweak the strategy and maximize your catalogs value. This isn't an email, it's us working directly with you as label support. How we differ from a label, is we won't take ownership or your music, or tell you how to dress or how to sound. We won't a cut of your publishing, touring, merch, etc.

The cost of creating a song, and video assets to go with it can be exorbitantly high. As an added bonus, at this tier, you still get the 10% discounted rates from Son's Room Studio, but we will also wave upfront costs, allowing for recoupment of production costs from royalties before disbursement. Other expenses, like paid marketing, could also be considered for later recoupment based on catalog performance.

This tier has a $40 setup fee for each recording recouped by us from your royalties (no upfront cost), and a 30% administrator share on any royalties the sound recording earns.
