Bro, everyone is doing a podcast these days, how is that supposed to help?

What if we do a podcast where musicians trying to break through to the next level of their career can come and play their original music for established artists and music business professionals and receive feedback and constructive criticism?

OK, that's better, can we do more?

Well, it's a podcast, so we will already be doing a professional audio and video recording of their set, why don't we give them a copy so they can have polished digital assets to help with promotions, bookings, and more?

Well, if music industry people will already be their, maybe they can provide more benefits, like recording or booking opportunities, management, etc.
